Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had a nice seating area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom area was great with two sinks. Private onsen was great. Many complimentary items. Amazing view of the forest from the balcony. Breakfast was very delicious. Free shuttle bus is very helpful given location is far from the train station.

The rooms are great, and the in-room onsen worked flawlessly as well. The shuttle service to Beitou is very convenient as well.

Comfortable room, beautiful in room onsen including a cold pool. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food wise we did the set menu (one vegetarian, one not) at the Chinese Restaurant, it was good but I'd probably pick and choose off the a la carte next time. Breakfast was good. There was no option for chinese vs western for the vegetarian menu so it had some quirks but the non vegetarian options my partner had looked great.

Amazing experience! We felt like we were living in luxury from the moment we arrived. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and treated us so well. There were plenty of freebies in the room to enjoy. The view was stunning. The onsen in the room was incredible. The beds were comfortable and room was perfect. The meals were incredible - breakfast was huge and so delicious with generous refills on some items.

The service from this resort and the room are 10 star. All the staff provide impeccable service - one name is Poser who was very helpful in finding us dinner. The room and it’s amenities are amazing. And the private hot spring bath available in-room is unique.

Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

very friendly staff since the moment we arrived. I could speak Mandarin but I also really appreciated that the staff was very willing to speak English to my partner. breakfast spread (both Taiwanese and western breakfast) were amazing. Loved the pineapple cakes and bought extras to bring back home! also loved the comfortable slippers from the room and wanted to buy a pair but too bad my size was not available.

OBSESSED with this hotel. GREAT staff. Great rooms. Spa amenities were amazing. Lovely location. I like that they offer a shuttle service. Whoever does the staffing does a great job - kind, polite and nice people no matter what job they did! The staff also spoke GREAT English no matter their role. This was nice as they could offer me good recommendations for things to do. Treat yourself and stay here.
